Bar Chimera is a Midtown Manhattan brasserie centered around three distinct bar programs; martini, whiskey, and wine, each focused on best-in-class expressions. The martini bar honors classic cocktail culture with precision and subtle creativity, the whiskey bar offers a deep library of rare and everyday pours, and the wine bar features a dynamic selection, including 42 wines by the glass.
The food menu complements the beverage program with brasserie staples like Chicken Paillard and the 550 Burger, alongside smaller plates such as Crispy Octopus, “Maki O Fish,” and “Foie Gras Home-Run Balls.” At the heart of the experience is “Dinner at Chimera,” a banchan-style spread of shared hors d’oeuvres followed by individually selected entrées.
Set in a storied Midtown space, Bar Chimera reimagines the classic bar as a place where drinking and dining are equally celebrated.

COTE 550, the fifth global and second New York location of America’s first and only Korean Steakhouse™ with a Michelin star, brings a new subterranean expression of the brand to 550 Madison Avenue. Named North America’s Best Steakhouse, COTE blends the conviviality of Korean barbecue with the hallmarks of a classic American chophouse. The hidden space unfolds beneath the historic building, where a marble bar, glowing dry-aging room, and immersive dining room set the stage for signature favorites and exclusive dishes created for COTE 550.
